CADAL at the south summit in Chile

Between January 27 and 29th 2006, Hernán Alberro, Programs Director of CADAL, took part of the South Summit of young Latin Americans Christian humanists organized by the Christian Democrat Organization of America (ODCA by its initials in Spanish), the Christian Democrat Youth of Chile (JDC) and the agency of Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Chile.

The Summit focused on the challenges of globalization, the importance of finding ways towards the integration of the region and the strengthening of democracy in the continent, specially oriented to young politicians from Latin America.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Chile, Ignacio Walker was one of the main speakers of the panel "Challenges of globalization in Latin America". In the picture, Chancellor Ignacio Walker receives books and printed material from CADAL delivered by Hernán Alberro.
