Marcelo Cavarozzi
Academic Adviser
PhD in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. Expert in Latin America comparative politics and in the relations between capitalism and democracy. Researcher at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Cient?ficas y T?cnicas (CONICET) at the School of Government and Politics of the Universidad Nacional de San Mart?n, where he is a former dean. Former researcher and director at the Center of Society and State Stuides (CEDES) and associate researcher at the Public Administration Investigations Center (CIAP) of the Instituto Torcuato Di Tella. He has experience as a consultant in foreign organizations like the United Nations Program for Development and the World Bank. Author of various books and articles, he has also been recognized by The Rockefeller Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Social Science Research Council. He was awarded the Konex Diploma in merit and the Honoris Causae Doctorate from UNSAM.
