Since 2004, the Bertelsmann Transformation Index (BTI) has been analyzing the quality of democracy, the market economy and governance in a progressive number of countries. The BTI is the only international comparative index that measures the quality of governance with self-generated data and offers a comprehensive analysis of political management in transformation processes. Since 2014, through a year-over-year agreement with Bertelsmann Stiftung, CADAL has carried out the translation into Spanish of the relays and the preparation of articles that analyze the performance of specific countries in the region and some autocracies of the world, in the period between 2006 and 2020. ...more
