Meeting with the Delegation of the European Parliament for relations with Mercosur
CADAL’s General Director, Gabriel C. Salvia, participated together with other human rights organizations in Argentina, in a meeting with Euro parliamentarians organized by the Delegation of the European Union in Buenos Aires.
The delegation of members of the European Parliament was led by Jordi Cañas, president of the Renew Europe Group (Spain).
The rest of the delegation of MEPs was composed of Leopoldo López Gil, Group of the European People's Party (Spain); Mónica Silvana González, Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (Spain); Kathleen Van Brempt, Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (Belgium); Izaskun Bilbao Barandica, Renew Europe Group (Spain); José Manuel Fernándes, Group of the European People's Party (Portugal); Sven Simon, Group of the European People's Party (Germany); and Gabriel Mato, Group of the European People's Party (Spain).
The human rights organizations that participated were Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, Madres de Plaza de Mayo Línea Fundadora, CELS, Asamblea Permanente por los Derechos Humanos and CADAL.
