As Haroldo Dilla says in the foreword to the text "I hope these ideas can circulate widely in the Cuban society that awakens and deserves in order to decide on their future, to know these other points of view that have been retracted to the public, sometimes by repressive vocation , others by opportunism, others by a loyalty that long ago has turned into shameful complicity. "These ideas already circulate freely because they are arising at a good time to a safe harbor, the citizen.
