Counterculture and punk in the Caribbean
Together with the Venezuelan Program for Education-Action in Human Rights (PROVEA), the KaribeArte cycle began, which will include six days of exchange between artists from Cuba and Venezuela. This first KaribeArte meeting was titled ''The commander wants to be applauded: counterculture and punk in the Caribbean'', with the participation of the bands ''Agent Strange'' from Venezuela and ''Porno Para Ricardo'' from Cuba. The meeting was moderated by Cecilia Noce, Associate Researcher of the CADAL project ''Defense of Freedom of Artistic Expression''.
