Seminar: ''Journalism, Democracy and Dictatorship: The old and new challenges''.

CADAL, Universidad del Norte Santo Tomás de Aquino and Konrad Adenauer Foundation organized this October 27 at the Law and Political Science College of UNSTA, in San Miguel de Tucumán, the seminar "Journalism, Democracy and Dictatorship: The old and new challenges". The seminar was in charge of Fernando Ruiz, Professor of the Communications College at Austral University and writer of the report "Local Level Journalism and Democracy Indicators in Latin America"
