Dorothea Krueger
Projects Assistant
Dorothea Krueger holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau (Germany), a Licentiate degree in Intercultural Economic Management from the Universidad del Salvador (Argentina) and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from Trier University (Germany). In 2020, she joined CADAL as an international intern and then continued collaborating as volunteer Student Research Assistant. Since 2024 she is Project Assistant at CADAL.

Cuba en el BTI 2006-2024: una autocracia de línea dura atrapada en la transformación fallida
En la comparación regional de las transformaciones políticas del BTI 2024, Cuba ocupa, con una puntuación de 3,27, el penúltimo cuarto lugar, solo por delante de Nicaragua, Venezuela y Haití. Aunque ocupaba el último lugar de Latinoamérica y el Caribe hasta el BTI 2018, el hecho de que Cuba se haya adelantado a estos tres países no es más que una consecuencia del deterioro de estos últimos.
