Forum 2000: Populism in Latin America

The Forum 2000 was founded by Václav Havel and brings together more than a hundred analysts, politicians, civil servants and social referents every year and is the most important international eventon democracy and human rights. In its 18th edition, Gabriel Salvia, General Director of CADAL, attended a panel, to discuss on populism in Latin America.

As part of the 18th edition of Forum 2000, which took place in the Czech Republic, Gabriel Salvia, General Director of CADAL, took part in a panel on populism in Latin America.

The panel was moderated by the Spanish diplomat and analyst Ramiro Cibriánand. The other speakers were the Venezuelan politician Freddy Guevara and the analyst Fredo Arias of the CASLA Institute.
