"Doing an internship at CADAL was a great experience both at a professional and personal level. I was able to develop my interests through the writing of several articles on topics that were of my interest, with the total support of the team, always willing to help and improve the work I was doing. In addition, I was able to attend events and learn about the work that CADAL carries out, the interest in bringing realities from all over Latin America to the Southern Cone and to research, analyze and promote democratic liberties and human rights in the continent. For someone who is passionate about Latin America like myself, it has been a great pleasure to be able to contribute a drop in the ocean to this family that is CADAL. "My internship at CADAL was a formative experience. While I started with some uncertainty, by the end of the internship I left with renewed confidence in continuing a career in international relations. Something I appreciate is the independence granted to each intern and the opportunity to pursue my own projects with the support of all of us at CADAL. A variety of lectures, experiences and research also exposed me to the important work that CADAL does every day. Above all, the opportunity to meet activists from all over teh world, dedicated to the world of human rights presented a challenge that I now carry with me. The projects I carried out not only allowed me to deepen my knowledge of human rights, but also to broaden this knowledge, since I had the opportunity to study the situation of these issues in different regions of the world. Besides, something I appreciated very much was that I had a high level of autonomy in the elaboration of my tasks without ever feeling a lack of support from CADAL's team. It was this support that impressed me the most from my internship.
